“When people talk, listen completely. Don’t be thinking about what you are going to say. Most people never listen.”
Air Quality Systems was founded in 1994 by NADCA Hall-of-Famer (yes, it’s a thing), Tommy Gwaltney. Tommy’s pioneering spirt blazed a trail in the world of Air Duct Cleaning—all starting with one truck and breakfast in an Atlanta Waffle House. Over the years, Tommy continued to perfect the technique– contributing to national standards, training guidelines, and implementing the use of new technology.
After a change in ownership in 2019, Air Quality Systems has continued Tommy’s legacy of quality and service to expand our footprint—particularly in the realm of commercial HVAC cleaning and restoration. Since then, Air Quality Systems has continued to grow our expertise as we take on the most challenging and sensitive projects in hospitals, schools, manufacturing, and government facilities. Our teams proudly bring the knowledge and experience gained in these settings to the care we provide in our customers’ homes, resulting in the highest level of service.
As we celebrate 30 years, we reflect on our history and set our sights on the future. With more than 2,500 commercial projects and 15,000 residential HVAC cleanings completed to date, we look forward to serving you for many years to come.
